I went in to get my glasses fixed as the screw came out and I dropped my lens. They are not my regular eye doctor but they were absolutely amazing. The ladies in there were so kind and so helpful and they didn’t charge me to put a screw back in my glasses. Thank you so much you made my weekend.

I love this place! They have been so helpful and friendly anytime I have asked for them to adjust my eye glass frames. Twice I have walked in and both times they were happy to do it without charge and I didn't even buy them there. I am soon due for new glasses and this is the place I will go to get them.

Best place to go for eye exam and to get Glasses, amazing staff and can have new glasses by the next day! Way better then Walmart and waitting forever to even get your glasses. I Highly recommend coming to I-Care family vision if want professional and fast eye care

We visited I-Care Family Vision & Eye Care in Stony Plain as three new patients yesterday, and we were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The front staff—especially Corina—was amazing. She helped us choose our new glasses, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made navigating our insurance so easy. Athena was incredibly kind and thorough during our testing, and both Amy and Lauren were friendly, patient, and wonderful with kids. Their approach made the whole experience comfortable for our family. Dr. Kattan went above and beyond in addressing both our medical and optical needs. His calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring demeanor made us feel welcomed and well looked after. We left feeling confident, supported, and extremely grateful. Such effort to accommodate us and we had a small time frame and some how they pushed very had to get everything done - also should say we are return customers as our previous experience was just as good!!!’n

They stepped up. They made sure that my warranty was actually true. They fixed my glasses. They temporarily fixed them and made them perfect to last until my new glass frames and lenses were in. Amy went above and beyond and Dr Kattan made things happen!!!! They treat you like family and always help.
